PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work undertaking order reception determination method or a commodity selling determination method for performing weighting based on evaluation to a work or a commodity of a user, for determining price of the work or the commodity, and allowing a user and an offerer to recognize worth (price) of the work or the commodity objectively.;SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that a content of a work or a commodity which is provided to a user is evaluated and input, the evaluation is sent to a headquarters, and the sent evaluation is stored in a storage device of the headquarters. At the headquarters, the evaluation content is subjected to weighting, then a rank of the work or the commodity, or a provision price of the work or the commodity is determined, then the rank or the provision price is stored in the storage device of the headquarters.
