PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods and formulations for diagnosing oncological disorders in humans using epimetabolic shifters, multidimensional intracellular molecules or environmental influencers.;SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for assessing the efficacy of a therapy for treating an oncological disorder in a subject. The method includes comparing the level of expression of a marker present in a first sample obtained from the subject before at least a portion of the treatment regimen is administered to the subject, the marker being selected from specific markers, and the level of expression of the marker present in a second sample obtained from the subject after at least a portion of the treatment regimen is administered to the subject, wherein a modulation in the level of expression of the marker in the second sample as compared to the first sample is an indication that the therapy is efficacious for treating the oncological disorder in the subject.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
