PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for cold insulation and heat insulation of a car carriage which can be mounted onto car carriages of different specifications, and which has durability, is simple and a low price.SOLUTION: An cold insulation and heat insulation case 22, which is detachably mounted onto a car carriage 11 for mounting, has: a back face part 2 which coats a back wall surface 12; a right side face part 3 which coats a right wall surface 13; a left side face part 4 which coats a left wall surface 14; a ceiling part 5 which is so provided as to connect respective upper sides 2a, 3a, 4a of the back face part 2, the right side face part 3 and the left side face part 4; a front face part 6 which is so provided as to connect respective lateral sides 3b, 4b of the right side face part 3 and the left side face part 4 which are not connected to the back face part 2; and a wide-width hook 7 which is directly firmly provided on each of the back face part 2, the right side face part 3 and the left side face part 4. The cold insulation and heat insulation case 22 comprises a case 1A for cold insulation and heat insulation of a car carriage which is made from a heat insulation material which has waterproofness and/or light shading property.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
