The body position assisting air pillow 3 includes a first elastic body 31 on which the head Ma is placed, a second elastic body 32 softer than the first elastic body 31, which supports the first elastic body 31, an air chamber cover 33 that accommodates at least the second elastic body 32 of the first elastic body 31 and the second elastic body 32, in which the internal volume can be changed by compressed air sealed inside, and a control valve 34 arranged on the air chamber cover 33 for introducing/discharging the compressed air.
