PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utilization state detection device and the like that can easily manage the situations, such as the utilization states, positions, and use states, of medical apparatuses and fixings in a medical institution without changing the structure of the medical apparatuses themselves.SOLUTION: A utilization state detection device comprises: a CT sensor 23 attached to a medical apparatus 10 for measuring the utilization state of the medical apparatus 10; a control CPU 21 for calculating the use history of the medical apparatus 10 from the measurement result of the CT sensor 23; and a communication unit 24 for outputting the calculation result of the control CPU 21 by using a radio signal in a 920-MHz band. It is configured as an outlet module lying between an attachment plug and a plug receptacle of a power outlet for the medical apparatus 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
