STORAGE SHELF ALLOCATION SYSTEM OF AUTOMATIC WAREHOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and earthquake resistance in an automatic warehouse, and to reduce electric power (movement energy) required for moving a crane master, by optimizing allocation of a storage shelf when storing an extremely different article in weight in the storage shelf.;SOLUTION: A storage shelf allocation system comprises an empty shelf allocation device 100 for allocating an empty shelf for storing an empty bottle or an actual bottle to an empty shelf among a large number of shelves, and comprises a shelf table memory 104 for storing shelf arrangement information corresponding to the empty shelf by being virtually divided into an actual bottle shelf zone and an empty bottle shelf zone, a computing element 105 for allocating a proper shelf based on the content of a warehousing request and a delivery request and attribute information set in the shelf of the shelf table memory 104 and updating the content of the shelf table memory in response to the allocated content and zone boundary changing means 109 for preferentially allocating as an emergency shelf for the actual bottle from the empty shelf of the lowest layer of the empty bottle shelf zone based on a condition that the warehousing request inputted from an input interface is warehousing of the actual bottle and the shelf of the actual bottle shelf zone of the shelf table memory is full.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
