PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling jig which facilitates take-out of a magnetic body workpiece being magnetized to a same magnetic pole and separated, which suppresses consumption power, suppresses heat generation and which maintains a separation performance.;SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that, by only arranging stacked magnetic body workpieces so as to face a permanent magnet 5, a magnetic circuit 10 is formed and respective magnetic body workpieces are magnetized to a same magnetic pole and become in a separated state each other, then electric conduction to an electric magnet 4 is performed for switching strength of magnetic force generated on a magnetic flux action surface between a magnetization reduction mode in which a magnetic flux which acts the magnetic body workpiece from the permanent magnet 5 is reduced, and a magnetization extinguishment mode in which the magnetic flux which acts from the permanent magnet 4 is extinguished, so that a take-out work of the uppermost side magnetic body workpiece out of the stacked magnetic body workpieces, is surely and quickly performed.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
