PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in performing cloth design including cutting using a paper pattern on which necktie parts are efficiently arranged, the problem being caused in the case of using cloth having a pattern, the problem being incapability of performing efficiently-arranged cutting caused by arrangement aligned with the pattern as compared with capability of performing efficiently-arranged cutting in the case of using cloth having no pattern.SOLUTION: One design pattern is made to include a shape of a cut individual part and a pattern displayed on the shape. A design on which respective design patterns necessary for a configuration of a necktie are arranged at positions suitable for a bias or weave texture is provided. A display part taken as an index for positioning for starting tying the necktie is provided on a design pattern arranged using the provided design. One design pattern is made in the design to include a shape made by a part of a positioning part (K) constituted by a space like a circular shape or a name tag to be positioning for starting tying the neck tie and a pattern displayed on the shape.
