PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately search a sentence similar to a sentence written in a natural language.SOLUTION: When a word, which is included in a first sentence in a combination which has a highest similarity in a combination of words included in a first sentence and words included in a second sentence, is defined as a first keyword, and a word included in the second sentence as a second keyword, a similarity evaluation device 100 calculates at least two similarities; i.e., the similarity between the keywords, the similarity between articulations including the keywords, and the similarity between dependencies of the articulations including the keywords; and evaluates that the first sentence and the second sentence are more similar to each other when an absolute value of change value of at least the two similarities is smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
