PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system, authentication method and program for preventing surreptitious photographing, and a computer readable recording medium with the program recorded thereon.;SOLUTION: A surreptitious photographing prevention terminal 2 includes a start confirmation request part 22a for transmitting a start confirmation request for transmitting start information corresponding to a start of a camera 36 or stop information corresponding to a stop of the camera 36 to a photographing execution terminal 3.
