PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation structure, a construction method and a multiple dwelling house building capable of improving sound insulation performance between rooms in a building adopting a floor-ceiling preceding construction method.;SOLUTION: In a sound insulation structure 10 for improving sound insulation performance between rooms partitioned by a partition wall 14 for fixing the upper end to an undersurface of a ceiling material 24 for partitioning-forming an attic space S in its upper part, a vibration control material 40 is provided between the ceiling materials 22 and 24 and a ceiling joist material 34 for supporting the ceiling materials 22 and 24 in its upper part, and by reducing sound energy radiated as a solid sound by propagating as excitation and vibration by a sound of the ceiling materials 22 and 24 or the ceiling joist material 34, propagation of the sound via the ceiling materials 22 and 24 or the ceiling joist material 34 between both rooms sandwiching the partition wall 14, is reduced as a result of it.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
