PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet lifting mechanism for a circuit board sheet which can secure safety during maintenance.;SOLUTION: A sheet lifting mechanism 70 includes: a lifting arm 71 which loads a circuit board sheet and can be lifted; a drive shaft 72 which lifts the lifting arm; a driving source 72M which rotationally drives the drive shaft; a lifting support body 73 which supports the drive shaft; frame bodies 74 and 75 which include a plurality of vertical posts and upper beams to regulate a lifting space in which the lifting arm is lifted; a horizontal bar 76 which crosses between two adjacent vertical posts 74a and 74b of the plurality of vertical posts; a locking post 77 which is connected between the horizontal bar and the upper beams so as to vertically extend; and a locking arm 78 which is rotatably supported in a horizontal direction by the locking post and is capable of holding the lifting arm.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
