PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic flowmeter including an electrode coated with a porous insulating material, of which measurement accuracy is prevented from lowering by clogging of the porous insulating material.;SOLUTION: The electromagnetic flowmeter includes: a measurement tube, in which a measurement target fluid flows; a lining, covering the inside of the measurement tube and having a through-hole penetrating the inside and the outside of the measurement tube; and an electrode in the through-hole, the electrode having a surface which is in contact with a liquid and is coated with the porous insulating material and having a gap between a side surface and the through-hole, to which the fluid enters.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
