TELEGRAM DELIVERY SYSTEM AND TELEGRAM DELIVERY METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in delivering a telegram.;SOLUTION: A crew terminal 20 periodically transmits positional information to a management device 10 (1). The management device 10 manages the current position of a crew by the positional information received from the crew terminal 20 (2). A user orders delivery of a telegram to the management device 10 via a telephone network and the Internet (3). The management device 10 receives the order (4), selects a crew residing in the vicinity of the address of a delivery destination as a person in charge of delivery (5), starts delivery management of the telegram that has received the order (6), and transmits a delivery instruction to the selected crew (7). The crew moves to the vicinity of the delivery destination (8) and prints the sentence of the telegram (9) to deliver it to the delivery destination (10).
