PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crack detection multilayer sheet that can easily process a wall surface of a concrete structure, as well as can detect cracks generated in the wall surface.SOLUTION: The crack detection multilayer sheet includes: a base material film; an adhesive layer on one surface of the film; a first removable releasing sheet on one surface of the adhesive layer; and a second removable releasing sheet on the other surface of the adhesive layer, the base material film having a first layer and a second layer on the other surface of the first layer, the first layer containing a light emission agent emitting light by an excitation light and/or a luminous agent, the second layer containing a shieling agent shielding the excitation light and/or the light emitted from the first layer. The first layer has a breaking elongation percentage of 50% to 300%, both inclusive, and the second layer has a breaking elongation percentage of 10% or less. The base material film desirably has the other surface with a 60° glossiness of 30 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
