PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positively chargeable toner capable of achieving all of charging stability, low-temperature fixability and heat-resistant storage property.SOLUTION: The positively chargeable toner comprises a plurality of toner particles 1. The toner particle 1 has a composite particle 5 and a shell layer 4 covering the composite particle 5. The composite particle 5 comprises a toner core 2 and a plurality of magnetic powder particles 3 provided on a surface of the toner core 2. The shell layer 4 comprises a thermosetting resin. The content of the magnetic powder particles 3 is 0.50 parts by mass or more and 3.00 parts by mass or less with respect to 100.00 parts by mass of the toner core 2. The magnetic powder particle 3 has a polyhedral form. An average Heywood diameter of the magnetic powder particle 3 is 0.010 μm or more and 0.500 μm or less. The magnetic powder particle 3 has a volume resistivity value of 1×10Ω cm or more and 1×10Ω cm or less. The surface of the composite particle 5 is negatively chargeable.
