PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent remarkable lowering of cutting efficiency so as to effectively suppress generation of chattering vibration.;SOLUTION: A chattering vibration suppression device 1 determines whether or not chattering vibration is forced chattering vibration when there is chattering vibration. When the chattering vibration is determined to be the forced chattering vibration, feed speed of a cutting tool 2 is lowered toward the lower limit value. When the feed speed reaches the lower limit value, the number of revolution of the cutting tool 2 is changed not to match the number of revolution fixed by a natural frequency of the cutting tool or a workpiece.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
