PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve determination accuracy over reduction in performance of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system management device 100 comprises an operation data taking part 211 for taking each of operation data from each of an indoor unit 12 and an outdoor unit 11 through communication lines 14, 15 and a communication device 23; an appropriate operation data storing part 321 for storing appropriate operation data attained on the basis of the operation data taken when installation of an air conditioning system 10 is completed or when repairing or inspection work is completed and during its test operation; and performance reduction equipment extracting part 313 for extracting at least any one of the indoor unit 12 and the outdoor unit 11 as performance reduced equipment when the operation data during normal operation of each of the indoor unit 12 and the outdoor unit 11 are compared with the appropriate operation data and a differential value is larger than a specified value or extracting the air conditioning system 10 as the reduction in its performance occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
