PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent container, analysis system housing, reagent supply unit, reagent supply device, and analysis system, capable of suppressing oxidation of a reduction reagent and thereby reducing replacement frequency of the reduction reagent.SOLUTION: A reagent container 10 consists of; a reagent accommodating member 11 comprising a flexible soft bag 12 designed to accommodate a reagent and provided with an opening 13a that puts inside of the soft bag 12 in communication with outside; and a cap member 14 capable of opening and closing the opening 13a. The cap member 14 has a through hole 14C formed therethrough that puts inside of the soft bag 12 in communication with outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
