PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voting point system that integrates and manages voting points of different business types.SOLUTION: A voting point managing device 1 is provided between a business type A center 2a and a business type B center 2b and a business type A terminal device 3a and a business type B terminal device 3b to configure a voting point system. The voting point managing device includes a communication unit 1a, a point management unit 1b, and a member management unit 1c. The communication unit 1a is connected with the business type A center 2a, the business type B center 2b, the business type A terminal device 3a, and the business type B terminal device 3b. The point management unit 1b integrates and manages points of a business type A and points of a business type B. The member management unit 1c integrates and manages member information of the business type A and member information of the business type B. The communication unit 1a absorbs a difference in communication control methods of an interface employed by the business type A and an interface employed by the business type B and absorbs a difference in communication control methods of the point management unit 1b and the member management unit 1c to merge the communication control methods.
