PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test kit for biomolecule detection that can be used suitably for high-sensitivity detection of a biomolecule.;SOLUTION: A test kit for biomolecule detection includes a test strip for biomolecule detection and a labeling reagent for biomolecule detection that consists of fluorescent silica nanoparticles. The test strip is formed by including a membrane: which is provided with a test area where a vaccine for capturing a biomolecule is fixed; and in which the labeling reagent transitions.
