PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales method of a medical liquid enabling the medical liquid to be always received in a necessary concentration by a required amount without purchasing and operating a medical liquid preparation supply device by a medical liquid user and providing the medical liquid preparation supply device required for the method in the medical liquid or an electrolytic solution used for the manufacture of a semiconductor, a liquid crystal display or a battery.;SOLUTION: A medical liquid preparation supply device provides an integral flow meter to a piping for supplying a medical liquid. The medical liquid preparation supply device owned by a medical liquid seller is connected to a medical liquid use facility, and the medical liquid to be supplied from a medical liquid raw material purchased by the medical liquid seller is prepared by using this facility. The prepared medical liquid is supplied to the medical liquid use facility while measuring a supply amount by the integral flow meter according to a supply request. The medical liquid seller calculates an using fee of the medical liquid from an integral flow amount for each prescribed period, and requests for the payment of the using fee from a medical liquid user.
