According to the present invention, disclosed are a seismic reinforcement apparatus of an aperture of a building and a seismic reinforcement construction method using the same. The seismic reinforcement apparatus according to the present invention comprises: first and second horizontal reinforcement members which are installed in apertures of the building respectively, and are pressurized by first pressurizing members in order to adhere to upper and lower inner sides of the apertures while external force is applied to the first and second horizontal reinforcement members to the outside; first and second vertical reinforcement members which are pressurized by second pressurizing members in order to adhere to each other while external force is applied to the left and right inner sides of the apertures in a vertical direction to the outside; and connection brackets which allows the removal of the first and second pressurizing members by connecting end parts of the first and second vertical reinforcement members adhering to the left and right sides in the vertical direction of the apertures and the first and second horizontal reinforcement members adhering to the upper and lower inner sides of the apertures and then fixing the end parts to be pressurized onto the inner side of the apertures.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
