PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and effectively control vibration.;SOLUTION: A vibration source synchronization type damping device prevents vibration generated when a vibration generating source is driven from being applied to a vibration control object, and includes: a signal input unit where a drive signal is input when the vibration generating source is driven; a vibration detection unit for detecting vibration at a vibration control point where the vibration control object is located, and outputting it as a vibration detection signal; an amplitude detection unit for detecting an amplitude of the vibration detection signal, and outputting it as an amplitude signal; an amplification unit for comparing the amplitude signal and the drive signal, setting a gain when amplifying the drive signal, amplifying the drive signal with the gain, and outputting it as an amplification signal; a phase detection unit for detecting a phase of the vibration detection signal, and outputting it as a phase signal; a phase adjustment unit for performing phase adjustment for the amplification signal so that the phase of the amplification signal is reverse to the phase of the phase signal, and outputting the adjusted signal as a counter signal; and a vibration addition unit for adding vibration to the vibration control object based on the counter signal.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
