PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-agent mixing cap capable of excellently discharging a sub-agent with a low cost and simple structure, and a vessel with the two-agent mixing cap.SOLUTION: A two-agent mixing cap 10 can discharge a sub-agent by downward moving an inner member 40 to a top cover 30. The two-agent mixing cap 10 is such that when the inner member 40 is downward moved, an extraction port 22c is formed on a cap body 20 due to the breakage of a weakened part 22a; the sub-agent stored inside the inner member 40 can be discharged through a lower opening 48 of the inner member 40, and the extraction port 22c of the cap body 20; and a gas flow passage 110 which communicates the extraction port 22c of the cap body 20 and an upper opening 47 of the inner member 40 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
