PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth thermal heat source machine system, a command determination method, and an operational method for the earth thermal heat source machine system capable of suitably operating for underground conditions in the vicinity of an underground heat exchanger.SOLUTION: An earth thermal heat source machine system 1 comprises: an underground heat exchanger 10; a heat source machine 20 for adjusting the temperature of a secondary heat medium CH; a primary heat medium circulation device 30 having flow control adjusting means 32v for changing the circulation flow rate of a primary heat medium SW; delivery temperature correlation value obtaining means 35; load factor detection means 47 and 55 for detecting the load factor of the heat source machine 20 during operation; a storage part 51 having the circulation flow rate of the primary heat medium SW, which satisfies prescribed conditions with respect to a delivery temperature correlation value Ts1, stored every load factor; a target flow rate determination part 57 for determining the circulation flow rate target value of the primary heat medium SW by comparing the load factor and the delivery temperature correlation value Ts1 with the relationship stored in the storage part 51; and a control part 59 for adjusting the flow control adjusting means 32v based on the circulation flow rate target value determined in the target flow rate determination part 57.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
