PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve element of a lining type butterfly valve, its molding device and molding method, and a butterfly valve, capable of accurately molding a lining layer of a prescribed thickness as a whole, by holding a core grid supported by a stem in a cantilever manner in a state of being correctly placed on a prescribed position of a molding.;SOLUTION: In applying a lining layer 12 on an outer periphery of a core grid 13 having a stem fitting portion 14 for fitting and fixing an upper stem 11, a positioning portion 16 for a molding jig supported in a cantilever manner in lining the core grid 13, is disposed in the stem fitting portion 14, and a positioning fixing portion 17 for holding a molding state by fixing the core grid 13, is disposed at a depth side of the positioning portion 16.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
