PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and certainly measure the road surface property using past measurement results or determination results of a road surface.SOLUTION: A vehicle including a road surface property acquisition device is guided to a specified point on a road and is measured. Past road surface data about a past road surface property is acquired, the current position of the vehicle is acquired, a past road surface property image indicating the feature quantity of the road surface property in a range including the current position created on the basis of the past road surface data is displayed, and the vehicle is guided from the current position to the specified point while the state of the road surface is measured by the road surface property acquisition device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
