PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic microphone device that is easy to measure and allows sound pressure to be displayed in a high-frequency band, and a method for converting volt in an electric unit into Pascal or decibel in an acoustic unit regarding an output signal of an ultrasonic microphone.;SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic microphone sensitivity measuring device 500 used in an ultrasonic frequency region, an ultrasonic microphone 100 for receiving an ultrasonic wave has sound pressure conversion reception sensitivity with a unit of V/Pa or V/dB, or a unit of their inverse and includes ultrasonic reception sound pressure conversion means for converting output voltage from the ultrasonic microphone 100 at an observation point into ultrasonic wave reception sound pressure on the basis of the reception sensitivity.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
