PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a combination of a plurality of radio apparatuses and installation position candidates.SOLUTION: A radio apparatus arrangement estimation device as one aspect of the present invention comprises: a first acquisition unit that acquires first information on communication between a plurality of radio apparatuses or a radio wave transmitted and received between the plurality of radio apparatuses; a second acquisition unit that acquires installation position candidates of the plurality of radio apparatuses; and an estimation unit that calculates one or more estimation patterns having determined that the installation position of each radio apparatus is different one among the installation position candidates on the basis of the first information and the installation position candidates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
