PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colloidal particle composite capable of visualizing an electroosmotic flow and measuring a precise zeta potential, and a method for measuring the electroosmotic flow.;SOLUTION: An measurement apparatus 100 for measuring an electroosmotic flow comprises: a capillary 30 for inserting an object to be measured; a cathode electrode 40 provided on one end side of the capillary 30; an anode 50 provided on the other end side of the capillary 30; and a power supply equipment 60 for applying a voltage to the cathode electrode 40 the anode 50. A colloidal particle composite 10 electrically neutralized and second colloidal particles 20 having electric charges are supplied to the inside of the capillary 30. A colloidal dispersion system includes the colloidal particles 20 dispersed in a colloidal solution and a polymer electrolyte absorbed on the surfaces of the colloidal particles and having electric charges opposite to those of the colloidal particles.
