PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchange promotion device, an exchange promotion method, and a program for exchange promotion capable of effectively achieving exchange among visitors in an event hall.;SOLUTION: An exchange promotion device configured to execute questionnaires by using portable terminals owned by visitors in an event hall, and to promote exchange among the visitors via the questionnaires comprises: a storage part for storing questionnaires including a plurality of questions to be presented to the visitors in the event hall; a questionnaire presentation part for presenting the questionnaires stored in the storage part to the visitors; a questionnaire result reception part for receiving questionnaire results as answers to the questionnaires: and a totaling part for totaling the questionnaire results received by the questionnaire result reception part.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
