PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user by improving search efficiency, by searching a plurality of pieces of data of different types regarding the same case collectively and cross-sectionally.SOLUTION: In a case evidence management system 5, a police officer can cross-sectionally search content data registered in DB14z of an external memory device 14 with a specific keyword showing a police officer, a witness or a suspect. On a clip board CLB, the content data to which attention is paid by the police officer is temporarily stored by an operation of the police officer. On a search result screen, content data stored in the clip board is displayed as an association candidate. The selected association candidate is associated with the searched content data.
