REPULP DEVICE OF DE-IRONED SLIME AND REPULP METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repulp device of de-ironed slime, which is capable of reducing an influence due to corrosion without deteriorating a mickel recovery rate, and a repulp method.SOLUTION: A first repulp tank 1 installed on a lower side of a slime discharge port of a first filter press 10 and a second repulp tank 2 that receives supply of a first treatment slurry from the first repulp tank 1 are provided. The first repulp tank 1 is an upper surface opening type and includes a stirrer provided with a stirring blade 11 and a charging piping 12 of a pH adjuster, and a second repulp tank is a closed type and includes a stirrer provided with a stirring blade 11, a charging piping 12 of a pH adjuster, a temperature adjusting means and a temperature measurement meter. When a first slurry is stirred in the second repulp tank 2, even when a repulp liquid is at high temperature, since the tank itself has a closed structure, mist is not scattered.
