PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water mat for floor heating and a construction method of the same which can prevent being nailed to an external pipe under the floor, and in which, even when a packaging operator folds it in the wrong way when packaging, a header does not damage aluminum foil.SOLUTION: A hot water mat 10 for floor heating which is folded and packaged includes: a mat base material 11 in which an embedded groove 11a is formed; a built-in pipe 13 held in the embedded groove 11a; a header 130 arranged at a cutout portion of the mat base material 11, for connecting an external pipe 40 passing through a penetration hole H opened in a staple plywood 23, and for flowing hot water delivered from a heat source device to the built-in pipe 13; a covering material 14 for covering an upper surface of the mat base material 11; and a band sheet 100 which covers the upper surface of the header 130, which is long and capable of covering to the lower surface of the header 130 by being folded at packaging time, and also which displays a message to a construction operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
