PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of detecting open phase event on the high voltage side of a plant large transformer.;SOLUTION: A transformer high voltage side open phase event detection system 1 includes a high accuracy coreless current transformer 11 for detecting a current change generated by open phase event of a three-phase AC circuit on the high voltage side of a plant large transformer, and a detector 12 for determining that a detection object phase is open, when the value of detection current of the detection object phase detected by the high accuracy coreless current transformer 11 is smaller than the exciting current of the transformer, and the ratio of the values of detection currents of two phases, other than the detection object phase, deviates from a sound phase current determination reference range.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
