PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production methods of tablets which can provide sufficient tablet hardness and can easily and efficiently produce tablets having superior disintegrability even if containing a raw material having inferior disintegrability, and to provide granules for tablet raw materials which can be used suitably for producing the tablets, as well as to provide production methods thereof.;SOLUTION: Disclosed are a production method of a tablet comprising injecting gas into liquid containing at least any of excipients, binders, and disintegrants to prepare a gas-containing liquid, spray-drying the gas-containing liquid to prepare granules, tableting a mixture containing the granules and a raw material having inferior disintegrability to prepare a tablet; and a production method of granules of at least any of excipients, binders, and disintegrants for tablet raw materials comprising injecting gas into liquid containing at least any of excipients, binders, and disintegrants to prepare a gas-containing liquid, and spray-drying the gas-containing liquid to prepare granules; and the like.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
