PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor internal pressure of a carbonization chamber stably for a long time and suppress a fluctuation of the internal pressure of the carbonization chamber without using a pressure detection sensor.SOLUTION: The device for controlling the internal pressure of the carbonization chamber in a coke oven comprises: an internal pressure suppression part for suppressing the fluctuation of the internal pressure of the carbonization chamber in the coke oven; and a control part for setting a pressure suppression level by the internal pressure suppression part according to an operating state of a coal charging vehicle. Moreover, the device for controlling the internal pressure of the carbonization chamber in the coke oven has a storage part for storing the pressure suppression level by the internal pressure suppression part correspondingly to a kind of an operating signal to be outputted according to the operating state of the coal charging vehicle. When the control part has received the operating signal, the control part reads out the pressure suppression level corresponding to the received operating signal from the storage part and sets the pressure suppression level by the internal pressure suppression part.
