PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a code acquisition request to be automatically performed.;SOLUTION: An information cooperation server 30 accepts information on inhabitants including individual numbers from a server of a backbone system which manages information on inhabitants of a municipality. With reference to a storage unit which stores individual numbers in association with information on inhabitants, in the case where a code managed by an intermediate server 3 is not associated with an accepted individual number, the information cooperation server requests the intermediate server 3 which gives a code to give code information about the individual number, and in the case where a code is associated with the accepted individual number, updates information on inhabitants stored in the storage unit on the basis of accepted information on an inhabitant.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
