Biomarkers are provided to identify tumors that may respond to treatment with Wnt pathway inhibitors. Also provided are methods for identifying tumors and / or patients that may be responsive or non-responsive to treatment with Wnt pathway inhibitors. Methods are provided for treating patients with cancers that are predicted to respond to Wnt pathway inhibitors.
