PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether any process working in a terminal is a process of any application permitted for business use.SOLUTION: A memory unit 130 stores a determining-use application list 131 including file identifying information for execution files of in-business applications, which are programs permitted for use at client terminals. An application determining unit 111 acquires a process actuating log including file identifying information of the process actuated at client terminals and, if the file identifying information of the process and the file identifying information on executable files registered in the determining-use application list are found matching each other, determines that the process is a process of an in-business application.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
