PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fly ash cement good in initial strength development than conventional fly ash cements and capable of sufficiently securing strength at 28th day of material age and a fly ash cement composition using the fly ash cement.SOLUTION: There is provided a cement ash cement using cement by adding gypsum to an alite highly containing clinker having a clinker ore composition with CS amount of 60 to 71%, CS amount of 1% or more and total amount of CS and CS of 70 to 80%, calculated by a Bogue equation, CS/CS amount ratio of 7 to 50, and free lime amount of 1.0 to 4.0 wt.% as a base cement of the fly ash cement, which is a mixed cement by mixing fly ash to cement, and a fly ash cement composition by mixing a blast furnace slag fine powder and/or a limestone fine powder or an anhydrite or dihydrate gypsum to the fly ash cement.SELECTED DRAWING: None
