PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile-beam joining structure allowing reduction in work process at a construction site.SOLUTION: The pile-beam joining structure comprises: a steel pile 12; a lower plate 14 joined to an outer peripheral surface of the steel pile 12 by inserting a head part of the steel pile 12 into a pile head hole 16; a lower bolt hole 18 formed in the lower plate 14; a beam 20 supported by the steel pile 12; an upper plate 24 joined to a bottom surface of the beam 20 by matching the center line with the central axis of the beam 20; an upper bolt hole 26 whose hole center matches the lower bolt hole 18 of the lower plate 14 when the beam 20 is installed in a set position; a baseplate 28 inserted into the steel pile 12 and joined to an inner peripheral surface of the steel pile 12; an adjusting bolt 30 provided in the baseplate 28 and adjusting the height of the beam 20 by abutting on the upper plate 24; a joining bolt 32 inserted into the lower bolt hole 18 and the upper bolt hole 26 and joining between the upper plate 24 and the lower plate 14; and a filler 36 filled between the upper plate 24 and the lower plate 14.
