PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based melt blown nonwoven fabric that has improved low dust emission, water absorption and processability and is used as nonwoven fabric wiper.;SOLUTION: A polypropylene-based melt blown nonwoven fabric with embossment pattern has 130 rotation or higher and 250 rotation or less of wet taber value measured by a method 1 below and 33% or higher and 55% or less of tensile elongation rate according to JIS L 1096 Abrasion Resistance Method C, and 115 mm or longer and 135 mm or less of bending resistance measured according to JIS L 1096 Bending Resistance Method A.
