PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to select at least either a time zone or a magnitude of at least either a predicted electric power load or a predicted hot-water supply load to achieve a desired energy cost.SOLUTION: A control device 14 of a cogeneration system 10 comprises: an acquisition section 20 to acquire load history information with respect to a hot-water supply load and an electric power load in an installation area of a cogeneration facility 12 which has a power generation unit 12A and a hot-water supply unit 12B and stops power generation when a temperature of the hot-water supply unit 12B reaches a predetermined temperature; a demand prediction section 22 which predicts demand for a load on the basis of the load history information; a power generation time zone setting section 24 which sets a power generation time zone of the power generation unit 12A to minimize an energy cost on the basis of predicted demand information; and a control section 26 which enables the predicted demand information, the power generation time zone and the energy cost to be displayed on an operation display section 18 and receives a change in at least either a time zone or a magnitude of the load. The power generation time zone is reconfigured on the basis of at least either the changed time zone or the changed magnitude of the load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
