PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator capable of executing outside air cooling operation at proper timing and improving energy-saving property.SOLUTION: A control unit 26 predicts, from a detection result of a plurality of past consecutively outside air temperatures detected for a fixed time by an outside air temperature reading device 5, a predicted decrease time at which an outside air temperature decreases to a temperature indicated in a first temperature condition stored in a storage unit 25, and when it is determined that an outside air temperature detected by the outside air temperature reading device 5 at the predicted decrease time and an indoor temperature detected by an indoor temperature reading device 6 at the predicted decrease time satisfy a second temperature condition stored in the storage unit, operates an air supply side air feeding device 3 to execute outside air cooling operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
