PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform joint wireless and fixed network optimization for heterogeneous cellular networks.SOLUTION: This method includes performing a feasibility evaluation for an x-haul network comprising at least one of a fronthaul network and a backhaul network, after determining base station locations and RF parameters.
