PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether or not the payment of the dividend is efficiently and appropriately made in the financial institution of the stockholder list administrator when a payment request of the dividend in exchange with the dividend receipt is received from a client.SOLUTION: A dividend payment management system includes: an unpaid master data 14a for storing information on a handling period unable to handle by itself and a period handled by itself; and a payment stop data 14b including a company code in a receipt number and storing a list of company codes which stop the payment of the dividend for the dividend receipt. When the dividend receipt is received, a receipt number is read from the received dividend receipt, and the propriety of the payment of the dividend for the dividend receipt is determined based on the receipt number, an unpaid master data 14a, and the payment stop data 14b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
