PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical business accounting system capable of improving efficiency in checking receipts and a medical business accounting program.SOLUTION: The medical business accounting system includes: a storage part for storing a plurality of pieces of medical actor information to identify each of a plurality of medical actors and a plurality of pieces of item information on a plurality of items corresponding to medical activities performed by medical actors in association with each other; an identification information for identifying a medical actor who performed a medical activity corresponding to a check object item in a plurality of items defined in a medical fee receipt from the plurality of medical actors; and an output part for outputting a piece of medical actor information related to the identified medical actor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
