PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an environment so as to match a desire of a user and enhance energy saving property.SOLUTION: A building environment control system is a building environment control system for controlling an environment of an area of the building which is divided into plural areas and comprises: a plan calculation part for calculating a use plan for every area based on a use state of a user of the area; a user information collection part for notifying the user of the calculated use plan and collecting information from the user with respect to the use plan; a user arrangement part for allocating an area which the user uses, based on the use state of the area of the user, the use plan, a predetermined evaluation index and information from the user with respect to the use plan; and a facility control part for adjusting a utilization state of a facility for every facility provided for every area, based on the result of allocation of the user to the area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
